PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Go-Tan Rice Sticks according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat a wok or sauté pan, add oil and fry the shallots, chestnut mushrooms and carrots until the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Add Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Oyster Garlic and the red cabbage and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir the Rice Sticks through the mix and heat well.
  5. Divide the dish over the plates and garnish with some spring onions.

TIP

For extra flavour, add some Go-Tan Sriracha hot chilli sauce.
