Spanish potato tortilla
- Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
- Heat the butter and fry the grated potato.
- Lightly sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Beat the eggs with the cream and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Cook the omelette until it's lightly browned at the bottom and let the egg mixture set slowly.
- Then fry the omelette lightly brown on the other side.
