PREPARATION

  1. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the grated potato.
  3. Lightly sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs with the cream and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Cook the omelette until it's lightly browned at the bottom and let the egg mixture set slowly.
  6. Then fry the omelette lightly brown on the other side.
