PREPARATION

  1. Beat the eggs well and mix them with the milk.
  2. Stir in the salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the ham and stir into the egg mixture.
  4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the egg mixture while stirring.
  5. Always remove the coagulated egg from the pan bottom.
  6. The scrambled eggs are good when most of them have coagulated and the rest are still soft.
