Scrambled eggs with ham
- Beat the eggs well and mix them with the milk.
- Stir in the salt and pepper.
- Chop the ham and stir into the egg mixture.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the egg mixture while stirring.
- Always remove the coagulated egg from the pan bottom.
- The scrambled eggs are good when most of them have coagulated and the rest are still soft.
