Mange touts with ham
- Clean and wash the mange touts.
- Bring the mange touts to the boil with a little salt and sugar and cook the vegetables slowly for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the cooked mange touts well. Peel the onion and cut it into very small pieces
- Heat the butter and sauté the onions.
- Chop the ham and fry it with the onion.
- Carefully mix in the mange touts.
- Wash the parsley and finely chop it.
- Sprinkle the parsley on the vegetables and serve immediately.
