PREPARATION

  1. Clean and wash the mange touts.
  2. Bring the mange touts to the boil with a little salt and sugar and cook the vegetables slowly for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the cooked mange touts well. Peel the onion and cut it into very small pieces
  4. Heat the butter and sauté the onions.
  5. Chop the ham and fry it with the onion.
  6. Carefully mix in the mange touts.
  7. Wash the parsley and finely chop it.
  8. Sprinkle the parsley on the vegetables and serve immediately.
