1. Scrape the roots and wash them.
  2. Clean and wash the mange touts.
  3. Put the carrots in boiling water, add some salt and sugar, cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and cook them together with the mange touts for the last 10 minutes.
  5. Drain the cooking liquid and add butter to the vegetables.
  6. Wash the parsley and finely chop it.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on the vegetables and serve.
