Mange touts with carrots and mushrooms
- Scrape the roots and wash them.
- Clean and wash the mange touts.
- Put the carrots in boiling water, add some salt and sugar, cook for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and cook them together with the mange touts for the last 10 minutes.
- Drain the cooking liquid and add butter to the vegetables.
- Wash the parsley and finely chop it.
- Sprinkle parsley on the vegetables and serve.
