1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Sauté the shallots in a deep frying pan, and add the ham and luncheon meat.
  2. Now add the pepper and leek, and sauté everything together for a minute or so.
  3. Add the tomato purée and curry powder to taste.
  4. Spice it up a bit with some chilli paste.
  5. Drain the macaroni and add it to the sauce.
