Macaroni with tomato sauce
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Sauté the shallots in a deep frying pan, and add the ham and luncheon meat.
- Now add the pepper and leek, and sauté everything together for a minute or so.
- Add the tomato purée and curry powder to taste.
- Spice it up a bit with some chilli paste.
- Drain the macaroni and add it to the sauce.
