PREPARATION

  1. Cut the beans into pieces of 3-4 cm and cook for 5 minutes. 
  2. In the meantime, cut the tofu into equal cubes.
  3. Chop the garlic finely and fry it in a little coconut fat or sunflower oil.
  4. After 2 minutes, add the tofu cubes, curry powder and pepper and salt and cook for about 3 minutes. 
  5. Add the coconut milk and French beans. Garnish the dish with the cashew nuts.

Serve with basmati rice.
