PREPARATION

  1. Cook the noodles according to the preparation method.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces and season with pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the chicken for 5 min.
  4. Cut the bell pepper into strips, finely chop the garlic and wash the mange touts.
  5. Add the vegetables and fry for 3 min.
  6. Add the spinach gradually and wok until the spinach has shrunk before adding the next portion.
  7. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and serve with the noodles.
