The tastiest meatball
- Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the ingredients (except the meat stock and the water).
- Knead everything well together and shape 4 meatballs out of the mixture.
- Heat the butter in the Fortalit frying pan over high heat.
- Fry the meatballs all around brown.
- Moderate the heat and then add half a cup of (hot) water and the meat stock and stir briefly.
- Place the lid at an angle on the pan and let the balls simmer for about 25 minutes.
