PREPARATION

  1. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the ingredients (except the meat stock and the water).
  2. Knead everything well together and shape 4 meatballs out of the mixture.
  3. Heat the butter in the Fortalit frying pan over high heat.
  4. Fry the meatballs all around brown.
  5. Moderate the heat and then add half a cup of (hot) water and the meat stock and stir briefly.
  6. Place the lid at an angle on the pan and let the balls simmer for about 25 minutes.
