What we are looking for:

Will you be our new Agile tester that will make sure we are delivering the most reliable code to production?

At The Cookware Company we are looking for an agile tester that will help us delivering our code to production without any bugs. As an agile tester you will be responsible for testing all new functionalities the development teams are delivering and make sure they are bug free. You will work closely with the Product owners, developers and other testers to create/execute different test cases per user story. Next to that you will be setting up automation tests, performing regressions test, integration tests and improve our test process itself.

As an Agile tester you will be responsible for all the test work for 1 or 2 development teams, setting up automation tests and improving the overall test process.

Performing and coordinating functional acceptance tests in the different sprints (together with the PO)
Setting up a test strategy
Coordinating test activities if needed e.g. for a new launch (first point of contact)
Supporting the PO in the requirement process
Automating re-occurring test flows e.g. regression tests before and after a release
Work closely with the developers to ensure the fastest possible feedback and together making sure to deliver high quality software to production

This is you:

2 or more years of experience and a proven track record in testing
A strong interest in E-commerce
Experience in working in agile teams and in an agile/scrum development process
A powerful and convincing discussion partner for the developers and PO’s
Experience with Functional testing, Automation testing and Integration testing
A problem solving mindset
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus
Used to work in rapidly changing environment
Fluent in English –other language(s) is a plus
A good individual starter but also a great team player
Not afraid to challenge what has been delivered/developed with the goal to get the best value out of the product
a self-starter, is used to work in a rapidly changing environment and in Agile/Scrum teams
